BetUs restricted live wagering 🤣

Whoever thinks BetUs is a top book is delusional. 1-2 years ago I went on a 2-3 months winning streak and went from gold to diamond level. Right afterwards they limited me from $1k to $500 in live wagering. Since then, I would deposit $100 now and then and bet mostly live.

A few weeks ago, one of these VIP agents calls me and said he’ll set me up for bonus and provided me a ltc address. I told him I wasn’t planning on depositing in which he replied that it’s good for 30 days and if I deposit to contact him for the bonus.

So now I decided to make a $100 deposit in anticipation for Sweet 16. I go into live wager and get a message that I’m restricted. I called CS and I’m told that they can’t tell why but I’m now restricted. Don’t even give notification that I’m restricted but waits until I deposit and check the live wagering section. The message even says to contact them to learn more. But CS refused to provide more info. Utterly ridiculous.

They never cease to amaze me. So they just called me today and the guy wants to see if I want to make another deposit because I lost on the Nuggets game last night. I told him I’m restricted for live wagering and this is the first time he heard about it. He’s going to check to see what happened and then see if they can get that unblocked. I highly doubt it.

Oh and he threw in 100% casino bonus.

Yeah, they're ok on payout. They're not the fastest but for me it generally take up to 24 hrs.

Given how long they’ve been in business, the URL, etc they must have a huge customer base.

But yet they’ve decided to book like they’re a small time shop with 400 customers. If they hired some true professionals to run things there they would make a lot more profits.
