I‘ve always had solid communication with Heritage @ any point I need to discuss my account with them, they are my favorite.

The worst communication experience was dealing with Sportsbook.com after they stiffed me for 18k. I gave them about 20k in 3 years early on in my betting career & the moment I won a 18k parlay they in-fact stiffed me.

They claimed I abused their bonus rules, because I was betting with two of their sister sites although not simultaneously. Long story short I was able to discharge 10k for fraud because it was from credit card purchases & then I just took my losses & never played there again. Mind you this was back in like 2002 lol very long time ago.
