i can do around 8 to 12 depending on the day so you guys beat me 100%. i admit it. i respect the functional strength you both showed and what others have. pullups, especially wide, are hard for me and always were my nemesis. my big mass builders back in the day were hammer strength rows (low and regular) as well as deadlifts. also always did wide bar lat pulldowns. typical juicehead back workout.
now i do pullovers and rows for back instead. all exercises i do now is with old school nautilus at a center near me. training totally different.
