I believe I will be able to lose it regardless of the gym.

as mentioned above. diet decisions can make a much bigger/ easier impact at this point than the exercise options.

even 10 min walks after each meal to control blood sugar can be super helpful.

but one bad snack choice in 1 min can be 500 calories..which would take an hr or more to burn at the gym.
