Did each of these for 60 seconds x 3 sets each. This is the very first time with this method and I’m definitely easing into it. …

These are from April 1st and April 2nd and didn't do them again until this week. So we'll just forget about those days, lol.

This week was the new official start. Monday was elliptical.

Yesterday was legs, I made a few changes, kept everything to 60 seconds...

I will do legs again tomorrow, so it's Tues and Thurs.

Today was back machines with just a little assistance with a wrist strap, just to be careful with the elbow. I jumped these to 75 seconds...

Will be adding some basic core soon.

Everything is TUT, and I should be much more consistent going forward.
