i was getting angry when I kept messing up. I should be able to go 1-2 minutes straight without missing, but my timing is offi'm thinking the same lol.

very true, jumping and talking is difficultyou did great, it's hard to do it while talking.
my rhythm in jumping feels different when i do this. i feel like i'm putting a lot of weight on my feet and staying too long on the ground. look at you you're just tapping your feet and manage to continue.
good technique. i will try this next time. being consistent in being fit is very difficult so kudos to you for doing your exercise on sunday morning while I and the others were still stuck on our beds.very true, jumping and talking is difficult
i was an athlete back in the day, so quick on feet and not putting weight on heel is common in most sports. Quick on the toes
