Avoid Youwager’s Xmas in July Bonus

Just throwing it out there as I spoke with management at great length and other players on here in regards to this promo. Basically, they want to hold your funds hostage for the summer. After completing the rollover rather quickly on a hot streak(2 days), I didn’t read closely enough there is a 30 day hold. Mind you I’ve only ever seen them do bonus plus deposit hold for 30 days not profits. Less business in the summer I guess is what’s making them do this. Now I am being told my the CS manager I am “BANNED”because of posting on forums. A bit concerned about my funds which are around $1600 but they have always paid…. In addition if you think you’ll take this for football there is an expiration of around 8/19, oddly convenient. Disappointed 15 year customer

I only took on $105 and was $6300 rollover god forbid you put in $300+

So what happened here? Granted, you may have misread the T&Cs but, I thought they banned you for posting on forums. Are you back in their good graces?

I'd like to hear so that we can "adjust" our opinion of this book accordingly.

I’ll leave it at this I didn’t read the terms right, went over them quick. YW never that I remember holds anything other than dep+bonus amount. I disagreed with how it was handled, I was just paid my $1600 and to the best of my knowledge am locked out and Banned. 10-15 year player. I can tell you I’ve always been paid, but their CS can be hard asses! I love the site and like poker. But I am banned!
