Which Books For Baseball Allow You To Put Alternative Lines In Parlays?

I know back in the day I could do this at 5Dimes, Heritage, and Bet365. Any un-regulated that allow US players still offer this in Parlays.
Would always have a lot of fun doing two and three teamers where I would take a Dog +2.5 and Parlay it with another Dog +2.5 or a Total where I could add or subtract a couple runs, Etc. I see people posts these online but never mention where they are playing them at. Thanks for any info on these.

Just checked a bunch of sportsbooks and all except for one allowed parlays with +2.5.

outside the US that take
US clients that offer the

I have been checking some of the "International"
books that people here like. And I have not found any
yet that allow you to do what Heritage does with putting
the Baseball Alternative Lines in to Parlays.

If anyone can name some that would be greatly appreciated.

BetUS and Bet105 are from Costa Rica. William Hill and Bet365 from UK. Look to be able to parlay +2.5s at all four. Betonline is the only place I can see that doesn't allow them. Pinnaclesports allows them, but people in the US have to jump through hoops to bet there. Bookmaker just doesn't offer +2.5s. I'm sure there are others.

I got booted from Bet365 way back. Will check
out Bet105 and BetUS. Neither was on my Radar.
