At my sisters - Salmon, roasted broccoli, sweet potatoes, and that rice I made. Let’s go Illinois & Michigan!

Wife saw this “Fettuccine” Alfredo noodles made out of cabbage recipe online - so, we did it. Made the ‘noodles’ out of cabbage, and the Alfredo sauce is mostly Greek yogurt and milk. Throw in onion, garlic, Parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes. Roasted the broccoli, used that as our ‘meat’ topping. Delicious!

Got a deal on these cheap flounder fillets, and a deal on a bag of tomatillos - F#CK IT! Smoked habanero/mango rubbed fish tacos with a “rudimentary” slaw & avotillo salsa. Had leftover wild rice in the freezer as a side. Whipped cream topped cherry Jell-O for dessert because I was a good boy and I ate all my dinner…..
