College Football Prop Bets Week 15 At-a-Glance

For this week’s best football player props, we draw our attention to a couple of quarterbacks who were Heisman Trophy candidates this year who probably won’t win the award. But they can dazzle on Saturday as we look to Alabama’s Ty Simpson throwing multiple touchdowns and Ohio State’s Julian Sayin to put up his share of passing yards against Indiana.

Alabama’s Ty Simpson (Over 1.5 Passing Touchdowns -115) at Bovada

Saturday, December 06, 2025 – 04:00 PM ET

When Georgia and Alabama met in September, Crimson Tide quarterback Ty Simpson was instrumental in pulling off the 24-21 upset on the road. He threw a pair of early touchdown passes to Germie Bernard and Isaiah Horton to take a 14-0 lead, then he later rushed for a touchdown as well.

Simpson finished with 276 passing yards, and while none of his receivers had huge days, the point is he was able to distribute the ball well to all of his weapons on a day where Alabama’s running game barely averaged 3.0 yards per carry.

Alabama is likely going to win or lose on Simpson’s arm, and he’s gone over 1.5 passing touchdowns in 9-of-12 games this year, including 3 touchdowns against Auburn in the Iron Bowl last week. Look for him to throw over 1.5 passing touchdowns in this one too.

Ohio State’s Julian Sayin Over 229.5 Passing Yards (-115) at Bovada

Saturday, December 06, 2025 – 08:00 PM ET

This matchup is between the top 2 scoring defenses in the country, but few would try to argue that Ohio State isn’t clearly superior on that side of the ball.

They could make things very difficult on Fernando Mendoza, who has slightly better Heisman Trophy odds than Buckeyes quarterback Julian Sayin, who has been outstanding in running this loaded offense with a great line, incredible receiving talent, and Bo Jackson is a capable runner.

But Sayin is a threat after completing 78.9% of his passes this year. He’s thrown 30 touchdowns to 5 picks and averages 255.4 passing yards per game, even though the Buckeyes have had little reason to throw with every win by 18-plus points since Week 2.

But let’s say the Hoosiers do put up a season-high scoring on the Buckeyes, forcing Sayin to throw more than usual. I think he gets the job done with this superior roster, and he’s already gone over 229.5 passing yards in more than half of his games with six 300-yard passing games.

Look for him to outplay Mendoza and throw for over his yardage line.
