I like the teaser odds and will use them as my third or fourth out. Been with them a long time. They usually throw you a bonus if you ask. It’s a good shop to keep some coin in during the football season.
I’ve used these guys as one of my outs for many years. Not my top two or three books but probably in my top five. Enjoy the casino and sometimes I can find real value on props.
I’ve been playing here since the early 2000s (intertops back then). They always pay me within a week (sometimes faster). Long time by today’s standards but it’s like clockwork and never a sweat. Established company that won’t run away with your funds. Fewer of those around these days.
I like their regular casino but I haven’t had much luck there. I got hot recently with the live dealer blackjack. Two straight shoes I won over $250 and cashed out nearly $600 on a deposit of $100. If they paid quicker would give more stars.

I like to shop lines in soccer to hopefully find a slight edge. Multiple times over the past month I’ve been able to gain an advantage here pre-match and then bet somewhere else live during the match to guarantee a profit. That’s always the best feeling.
There was some back and forth about a wager grading disagreement. Customer service rep didn’t seem to understand at first but it got resolved pretty quickly in my favor so I’ll definitely give them credit for that. Only drawback is they take a lot longer to pay than other top books.
Easy props interface and good odds. Wish they took larger bets here but great for rec players trying to scrape out $100 and $200 wins. This won’t be the place to get rich, but they’ve been around for 30 years so I know my money is safe.

Smaller shop but they surprised me by having one of the better casinos out there. I like the variety of slots and table games, especially in the red casino. Slots seem to pay with some regularity too.

One of the first un-regulated out there way back in the day. I like their bonuses and low minimums on deposits. You do have to wait a bit longer for payouts compared to some of the big boys but it’s no big deal for me. I like their interface how the “next games” are always visible as soon as you log in.

KYC can take a lot longer than most like others have said but I’ve been with them the longest out of all my books. I like their soccer lines. A lot of times they are bigger than the larger shops.
Better lines than a lot of shops are offering these days. Dime lines or better in baseball can make all the difference. I have had some back and forth with customer service but in the end got paid. They’ve been around since 1995 or 1996 I think.

Bonus wasn’t as great as other books I’ve been at but I did meet the rollover and got paid. Was up a more at one point but blackjack got me. Dealer got 20 or 21 seven times in a row before I got out of there.

They have some of the least knowledgeable and least helpful customer service reps out there. It’s like they couldn’t understand a simple sports question I was asking. If they’d improve CS I’d play here more often.

The book itself is good and they have good bonuses. Trying to get customer service to help you solve a crypto wallet verification issue so you can receive your payout is a nightmare. Haven't even gotten a response in a week of trying. Live chat is of no help. Quite frustrating.
