Anyone had issues with these guys? I got some decent CLV on the Twins today and I come back to my account only to find they cancelled my bet. I called and they said it was due to a bad line. I bet it around +120 and the market was +105. It seems a little aggressive for them to do that and give no notice. It doesn’t help the guy on the phone was rude.

That’s the plan however they have me locked due to the rollover. It’s not my first issue with them. They reduced my payout on a wager due to a pitching change last week claiming they adjust payouts to the opening odds of the new pitcher. Couldn’t believe it. Shorted me $80.

Sometimes sports books steal from their customers. Always sucks.

Hilarious they literaly think i made up thay i lost 625$ i never bet. Their casino roulette was glitched. I would win $200 then sometimes would say i placed another $200 bet i never did.

absolutely nothing kept telling me it showed them i played , like i lied to them 4 times for a lousy $625. like if i were lying wouldve made the # way bigger

It was preflop. 10 minutes before opening pitch. I didn’t get the notice on my account until later. Normally a book would just adjust their risk accordingly right?

You would think so. 15 cents is pretty small to void a bet. I get it that they are dealing true dime lines so 15 cents is a bit more in that case but still. Comes down to when they discovered it. If they were just lazy and left that number up to get picked off for hours, then voided because of that laziness, pretty sad. Wouldn't surprise me.
