World Cup max limits, BOL

What are yours? For Qatar vs Equador today it was blue circled and said max (stake or win) $50,000, but when I put the bet in my bet slip it says max $5,000

For tomorrow's game it says max (stake or win) $20,000, but in my bet slip max is $5,000

I haven't wanted to place any bets yet, so not been able to test, but going by history what it says in my bet slip is what I can bet. Trying to figure out if they have made a mistake or if I've been limited lately. Pre game.

Looks like they have fixed this now. My best slip max says $20,000 for tomorrow's game now, same as what is says next to the blue circle.

Either way, you can just keep rebetting at BOL. Of course, they can change the line on you between bets though...

They resolved this on Monday so that blue circle amount and max in bet slip showed the same, but today max in bet slip is 10,000 even if the events are blue circled and showing 50,000. Same on new site and classic site.

Can someone check what their max is for USA vs England tomorrow? Moneyline. On USA. Just press "risk max limit" and see what it says. I am trying to talk to them but it's like talking to a brick wall, so for now I'm trying to figure out if the limits are the same for everyone or if I have been limited within the past 24 hrs.

For me spread is 10k and moneyline is 20k.
Interestingly total is only 1k.

Thanks for checking. It seems I have been limited then, no more than 10k for me on moneyline, even on gameday when they raise the 20k to 50k. I had a good day and a half, that seems to have been enough for them. I have asked, and mentioned the possibily of having been limited in the past 24 hrs, so we'll see what they come back with. They were happy to take my big bets last year for the Euros when I was losing.
It's just odd because on day 1 and day 2 I had the same, limits were blue circled and showing 50k on game day, 20k for next day, yet my max was 10k. Then this was adjusted and I could bet what the blue circle says for the next three days, so when I started to get the 10k limit again yesterday I figured it was a bug again, but it looks now that isn't the case.

Damn that sucks. Always loved BOL because of how rarely they limit people. Would suck if this becomes normal.

I highly doubt you're limited. You must be using the Classic version of the site which does not allow them to raise limits beyond normal levels [i.e. blue circles].

it's the same on the new site. I see no other explanation, if others are allowed 20k (and supposedly 50k on gameday) when I am allowed 10k.

Contact Dave Mason on twitter. It will get resolved. I would say it is 99% you are not limited.

Weird. I have 25k/50k/25k limits on the new site as well as the classic.

Thanks for confirming. That's what I had as well on Mon, Tues, Wed but then I had a good day and a half and now I'm on 10k.

The plot thickens. I was told (by CS, not Dave) that there are no restrictions on my account. So either they are telling lies or there is something very strange going on where I have very different limits on others on this World Cup.

Keep following up with Dave and I guarantee you it gets resolved at some point.

Have you tried an entirely different device/browser too?

If they had limited you, Dave would tell you. BOL is the best book in the world, they don't play games.

Not heard back from Dave yet. This is how things are going with customer service: (I have sent them screenshots and videos showing this issue. I have said if I'm not limited this issue/bug whatever it is should be looked into).

"Thank you for contacting us today. This is Alex from VIP Services and I hope this email finds you well.

This email is to inform you that, regarding your wager inquiry, please keep in mind that the wager limits are the ones that you are able to see, when clicking on the "risk max bet" upon review by our wagering team, your account does not have any restriction."

so apparently I'm not limited.
I reply with:

"If my account does not have any restrictions, why can I only place $10,000 on World Cup games when other customers can place $50,000 (on game day) and $20,000 the day before?
I have asked this many times now and not been given a reply."

They come back with:

"Thank you for contacting us today. This is Alex from VIP Services and I hope this email finds you well.

In regards to your inquiry, please keep in mind that the lines may change for several reasons: a player may get injured, playing in a different environment, and many other reasons, however, I do understand your concern, if you could send us the screenshot, and I'll be more than happy to re escalate to our wagering team for a second review. My apologies for the inconvenience. "
