Most games that i want to see " Live " are on at 1am est or 3am est

It just feels weird pouring a beer at 3am vs a Coffee LOL

Coach , Your team is the cream of the crop. Great program that had a major impact on young girls across America for a while now. As one legend exits a new one begins. Its tough to root against a quality side like The US , but not a ton of value backing them. You have to give 6+ goals in the opener vs Vietnam just to get even $

@Franz555 just judging by the odds to win it all it looks like the US and Spain are definitely favored to meet in the semifinals, while England is a pretty heavy favorite to make the finals on the other side of the bracket? It looks like England could have a tough quarter against Australia.

Thoughts? Let me know if I’m not seeing this clearly or if you have other visions on how this ultimately plays out.

Anything can happen with Goal differential playing a big part. Say the USA draw with Netherlands and end up 2nd in the group due to the goal diff. It throws everything out the window. I love England's chances , assuming they meet Canada in the knockout stage.
Germany should cruise through their Group , but playing either The Netherlands or US , is an exit for them imo.
Spain are 6/1 and the US are roughly 5/2. I think its a close game either way, just like the extra boost on a close match up.
Its like filling out my March Madness Bracket and a # 15 knocks off a #2 first round. Tear that baby up ........its over

No idea why Samantha Kerr, one of the best female players on the planet, wasnt in the starting line up today. She was a healthy scratch and sat on the bench the entire game. Problems with the coach ?

To take any team lightly , when every point and goal is critical for advancement , makes no sense to me. There has to be something more to it. Perhaps she had an undisclosed injury ?

How much of a role Sam Kerr can physically play for Australia at the Women's World Cup remains completely uncertain.
Even if her time on the sidelines with a calf muscle injury is extended, though, Australia's iconic striker still has important role to play for the tournament co-hosts after helping to inspire the Matildas to a 1-0 opening win over Ireland on Thursday.
"Obviously losing a player like Sam, probably the best player in the world, and just for her as a person, we were completely heartbroken," said Steph Catley, who scored the 52nd-minute penalty that secured Australia's win in front of a record crowd. "We had to gather ourselves pretty quickly, but we used her spirit and used the fact that she wasn't able to be out there with us to help us push on. And I think that's what it's going to take for as long as maybe she misses."
