Even tho I’m owed 30K & I won fair and square. I’d take 20K & 5K promo money on the site and we call it even.

@KELL Just so you're aware- you're not playing against people betting on JazzSports only. You are playing against people that are using MANY different sites. FreshDeck is a provider for many offshores. Who's to say people didn't experience the same glitch(es) you (according to them) may have experienced.

Also these casino handles hundreds of thousands of dollars daily if not millions..
if any part of anything was glitching. They would shut the site down until it was fixed. Let alone let it go for 3 days +.
Remember I didn’t win 30K in 1 day this was over multiple days until they shut down my account.

Why didn’t this “glitch” affect everyone at the table ?
After all I wasn’t the only one playing & most guys playing bets were bigger than Mine. So why didn’t they win big ?
A glitch wouldnt effect 1 person it would effect everyone at the table.

Jazz casino claimed it only effected “certain tables” well if it was for certain tables how did it effect every table I played at ? If I played multiple days multiple different tables.

On top of that the accounting would show the glitch all through it. But it doesn’t….

I’m waiting to hear back from them now. I’ll keep you guys posted.

even if we could come to a settlement I’d be cool with that just to get the situation over with l.

If you can run up the balance playing 50, 100 a hand to 30k profit in few days in blackjack

without card counting , glitch can happen to your account only.

Anyways hope it gets resolved its a big money for sure

If I’m playing 3 hands and you see 6 pushes. That’s only 2 hands of the dealer.
1 dealer hand = 3 of my hands.
man’s if you play blackjack you’ll see how often you’ll push especially when you think you gonna win lol.
me pushing has nothing to do with what they are claiming. They are claiming double pay outs through an accounting glitch. Which isn’t shown.
I was a finance major. I college and took multiple accounting classes. I remember specific homework was to find accounting errors.

here’s an example of a double pay account glitch.

Starting Balance- $1000

win amount+ $100

Ending Balance: $1200.

Catch the Error in the example. And extra $100 is in accounted for..

Also remember any hand in Blackjack can be doubled or split which both doubles the bet and winnings

it didn't happen 4 in a row. But the odds of all 3 of my hands getting 20 and the dealer getting 20. Is not as uncommon as you would think. It happened. What are the odds of getting 20 and all 3 hands and the dealer getting 21? Slim to none but it happened. And I'm not for sure saying I had 20 on them hands IDK what I had but I do know I've pushed all 3 hands 2 times in a row.

On the 8-chair blackjack table I've seen the whole table push before so what are the odds of that?

I'm in a lot of the forums. I haven't seen one other person... And the glitches would show in the account since it's an accounting glitch. It doesn't.

This is why I normally use agents like betibc for my bets. I find it easier than searching site by site for good bets, odds or a site that doesnt steal ur money!.. here at least you can get several bookies at the same time and choose the best one yet ur not directly betting with them.
