so here it is... i deposit 716 pounds over a period of a month, they never once asked me for i.d.. i win 400 and all of a sudden they want tons of i.d, they are asking for a card i have lost, i rang up customer support and they told me ''sorry u cannot collect your winnings then'' use this site at your own risk. i will be seeking legal advice and contacting the ombudsman

I've had exactly the same problem. Got to the point where they emailed to say they refuse to discuss it further with me. They are still advertising the £25 free sports bet on their home page, even though they say it was withdrawn over a month ago. Instead they now offer 5 x £10 bets but being new to this I'm not particularly interested in some of those as they are multiples etc.
I have to say, their attitude has not been good.

Winner.com are a joke outfit. Bet £10 to get £10 matched bet but when trying to use the free bet was impossible task as each time met with alternative traders offer of £1 or £2 despite trying selections with reduced odds.
Tried live chat (joke in itself as usually no one there!) and they said down to traders and nothing they could do. Also confirmed that the difference between traders offer and free bet would be lost!! Apparently in their T&C's. Happy to put up offer and accept full stakes but then change goal posts afterwards.
Not overly bothered by the amount but their attitude stinks and fully deserving of as much bad press/reviews/complaints as possible.
Needless to say, tried withdrawing all funds and now they want all manner of ID which never wanted for previous withdrawals.
