There are tipper and tippee laws, not sure if they apply though because he's not exactly pumping the stock.

One thing's for sure, guy has a position and option position that he can benefit from simply by posting.

E-trade (Morgan Stanley) was talking about dropping him as a client due to red-flags he raises.
