Which Sports Books DO Offer Bitcoin Payouts On Weekends?

I thought Heritage increased their bitcoin payouts to $5k/day on weekdays and $3k/day on weekends but now I'm seeing $3k and $1k, respectively, again :|

Is there a weekly or monthly limit? Not that it matters to me since they won't take me as a client. Just curious.

They let me bet 2k on MLB. They also paid me 5k promptly over the last couple days.
Betnow isn't A+ but they are certainly in the top 20. They are #5 or 6 on my list of outs.

Are they fair with crypto payout exchange rates?

Are they part of a bigger family of books?

But once limited, the amount of sports available to wager on goes from about 100 to just a handful.

They take everything away except the football, basketball, baseball, hockey.

Only main leagues and only full game sides, totals and money lines with small limits.
