Where are the best places to live?

my first choices would be there or Utah

Wife & I looked there too - like the Southern border of Utah - St. George, Springdale, on out to the Zion national park. We were already outpriced for what we wanted…..

My cousin has a second house in St. George, UT. He stays there a couple times a year and drives to Vegas since it's only 2 hours away. Lots to do in St. George if you're into hiking, climbing and the outdoors.

Stay away from Florida. Way to crowded unless your Northern Florida. Why? where @JDS stays he will tell you there's way to many people in Broward just like Dade County. Go even more south and you'll run like hell. JMHO
