My wife and I had a friend we both grew up with that was like that. Kind of lost touch with him for about 5 years. Started seeing him around again and he dealt with a divorce from infidelity then died about15 years later in his 40’s. Real good guy but looking back being that way for all the fun it was in his 20’s ultimately led to his downfall. Never really got the details of what happened. Leads me to believe it was not anything good and probably had to do with that. Disease we assume .
