Seriously - I don’t understand how people DO NOT realize there is a very minor part of any food that contains stuff like insects. This stuff is grown/raised outside - not in some tightly controlled lab. Bugs live outside and absolutely get in to the food during harvest.

What’s scarier is the rodent droppings and the human waste. Again - you have massive machines harvesting stuff or day laborers working 12 hour days outdoors - you think those machines can tell a small rodent eating a tasty lunch in a field and avoid it or you think those laborers stop picking - walk 20 minutes to the nearest portable toilet and use hand sanitizer following ? It’s why I want to raise my own stuff to avoid the pesticide and outside contamination. Besides it taste better.
