This guy Harry? The William Matthew Frye, AKA “The BB Gun Sniper?”
Crazy… I remember hearing about this on the news at the time that it happened.

I studied law in PH for one semester only. I was already working at that time and I need to stop due to a conflict in schedules. It's hard to keep up with work and study law at the same time. I love studying Constitutional law and criminal law. etc. I'm a frustrated lawyer wannabe. haha.
My daughter will be starting her last year of law school in the fall! Something I would have never thought possible.

I have beaten death at least 3x. Turns out I have a smaller than normal esophagus. Have choked on food multiple times and had a piece of steak stuck in my throat for 6+ hours and had to get it surgically removed. Should have died that night

moral of story, chew your food haha
Sorry to hear that Sam, just soup for you from now on!

I have a rare condition called PAH (Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension) only 1000 new cases a year in the USA. There is no cure and it is life threatening, with a high mortality rate. I was Diagnosed at 48 which is young, most are in their 60's because it has same or similar symptoms as many other heart and lung conditions and usually gets diagnosed as something they would more often.

Yeah its too bad that the Cubs never won in my grandparents lifetime but that could be said for a lot of diehard Cub fans. That's why in 2016 when they finally won I was happy for them even though they went through my Giants en route to winning that championship.
So you end up being a Giants fan and not the Cubs? How did it happen?

In my younger days, I was shot at 5 different times. Never hit but did feel the glass from the bullet whizz by my face one time. It was a different life for sure back then.
Very scary, Frank! You're a survivor.

I'm sorry I'm thinking of this Neo scene when you mentioned bullet and never hit haha

Aww, I'm so happy for you RR. You know that their success is also your success. For sure, they are also very grateful for your support. That's what families are for.

I have had this conversation with many people I have met over the years. I have told them this about myself and every single person doesn't believe me but it is the truth. Keep in mind, I have a Master's Degree in Education, Bachelor's Degree in English and a special education credential. The interesting fact that I can honestly say, is I have never read a full book in its entirety. I am very good at skimming and skipping chapters and units. I have never bought a book to read for fun. When ones were assigned to me in school, never read, them, skimmed through parts, watched the movie etc etc. I never had an interest in reading books, but this came up tonight with some Vietnamese friends and they too didn't believe this but it is the truth. I like to read articles in magazines but not actual books. - the Bible. What about you, what is something interesting that most don't believe?
I have 32 teeth, and one was extracted. So it was 33 from birth :)

I was doing a college stage production and experienced a NDE {near death experience}. The stage was full of fog, I took two steps and the next thing I was dropping 20 feet towards a concrete floor that was at times used as an orchestra pit. As I was falling I sensed my life pass before my eyes and the two second fall seemed to appear as an eternity. Some discarded props helped break the fall as I landed. I was bruised on my left side for six months. Some skin damage near my ribs has remained to this day.
The tec crew missed the cue to shut that trap floor and apologized. I found a rolling stair and managed to reappear on stage and finish my roll.
After the show some little kid came up to me and said "Man that special effect was awesome, especially that thud sound." I thanked him and walked away,
