Pretty clear that it's turbulent economic times. What are you doing in 2022 that you might not have done in prior years?

For me, it's very clear. I only pay for what I feel like I'm getting fair value. If I feel like it's a distraction, I don't do it:

1) Don't own a TV. Feel like it's 99% junk.
2) Very cheap phone plan. Tracfone w/ limited minutes. Don't want the distraction.
3) Almost no movies. I do enjoy going to the movies. Just that MOST of the modern movies are terrible, rarely go anymore.

I give you credit chucky I don't think I could do without any of those 3

Maybe the tv yes
Salud, Wag. Check back with me at year-end.

For me, it's just a matter of getting value for $$. Live below your means, be frugal where you can:

1) TV product has become terrible. And to hell with the ads.
2) I don't waste much time on the phone. Phone plan is an expense.
3) I used to love going to the movies and getting popcorn/soda. 80% of movies I've seen in L5 years have been duds.

Personally I am trying to work more and doing what I have to do to pay the bills. Even if it means doing food/grocery delivery or something like that which I normally wouldn't do. Or even looking for little work at home jobs which I can do in my downtime

Salud, Bobby. That's what I'm talking about.

Economy in shambles. Have to either pay less or work more. Props to you for finding a way to get by.

Checking out for some hours, boys. GL on your plays.

Of course, very happy with Austin Peay result. One of those things. You look and have to say that was the right side.

The QB was an FBS transfer and did more than well enough (except for two bad Turnovers). The top AP wr looked totally legit.

If anything, look more at the QB detail on these games. The Austin Peay was effectively a higher level QB playing on an FCS roster. The +31.5 played out nicely.

Lastly, don't give me too much credit. I get it wrong plenty. These Coll FB lines are (mostly) very sharp.

What about Food? There's a saying out there. In tough economic times, it's "Eat OR Heat".

Could hear this more as we approach the winter weather. I have one eye on cost of food. I eat from a restaurant at most once per day:

1) I do have one favorite restaurant. Treat myself every couple weeks. But not regularly.
2) More trips to the grocery store. Remember that a grocery business is a small margin business. Really profit margin of only 2 to 4% over their expenses.
3) What meal can you make that's nutritious and affordable? My choice is 3 eggs with cheese. Can still make it for < $1.00, and it tastes good.

I wish I liked more cheap foods. I have an expensive pallet. I don't like beans or eggs. I know those are two cheap food staples
Ya, but you have deep pockets. You can afford it.

You gotta bring back...Bobby's Cheap Eats video segment!

Surely, there have to be some nice discount deals in Vegas. Las Vegas USED to be a staple for low-priced Steak and Eggs.

You can still find cheap eats but not as plentiful as it used to be. Also I do not have deep pockets 😂
