This sounds a lot like my coworker. He feels his wife screwed him over by pulling some sh!t on him. (not cheating, mind you) He also has some permanent physical problems.Im Ok for now...

He's going through counseling because he wants to make things work. I don't know if that's an option for you but it works for many.
I think the first thing is to give people less value, because they will inevitably screw you over. If you give less value, even if they screw you, it won't be a big deal.Im Ok for now...

About feminism, sometimes you're looking in the wrong place. Women are usually insane by nature, but there are women of all types who cry out to be treated in the old-school way. In any case, it falls into the item above of not giving all your value and giving a lot of money and time in toxic relationships.
The biggest problem is permanent injury, this should already make you have a more cautious approach to life and avoid exposing yourself to risky situations. As the song Sweet Dreams would say:
Some of them want to use you Some of them want to get used by you
Some of them want to abuse you Some of them want to be abused
If you look and show yourself weak, injured, and easy to manipulate, then the world will screw you even more
