insanely sun burned that day. I had a shirt on the boar ride to the dock we stayed at.

i called it the skinny man 6 pack. I did slightly more working out, but never have i ever had a gym membership. So it was a combination of doing sports all year round and being skinny.

obviously as time goes on, i stopped doing sports and just with natural age, the 6 pack went away and the belly emerged

I have to eat a little more cleaner to achieve this baby steps, my stomach is pretty flat though nonetheless.

Yeah I go 5-6 times a week lol, but it's ok not sure I announce that enough for the employees/members to know.
