Zepbound is a GLP-1 receptor agonist, of coursed it fukking affects metabolism. If you're not trolling, please list the research you did to reach your conclusion.

1) He seems content to have sex less times than he bets each year.

C) Bawby has told us in no uncertain terms that he eats dicks, and only dicks. Though he does gnaw on the rubber ones from time to time.

So, based on this Bobby either needs libido real bad or not at all. Both seem equally likely.
