Just an Observation from the Public data yesterday and during the tourney.

People always ask me, hey "WHY don't you just fade the public?" No. That is a long-term failure strategy to do blindly. CAP The games individually, use the public data as just another piece of info. Look at all the big 70%+ totals on these lines and who covered. UAB, Baylor, UCONN, Tex A&M (65%), Dook, Houston, Jimmy Madison, Grand Canyon. Those fading the public got their Butts handed to them, also Thursday was somewhat similar with Samford being over 70%, Oregon and NC State being between 60-70%, UNC over 60%, as well as Michigan State, Duquesne, and Creighton....i didnt even glance at these until after because during march madness, it really doesnt matter as much. Been doing this 26 years....just FYI....

Totals have been all over the place and this one seems obvious as an over. Both these teams arent great defensively, and havent been great at forcing turnovers, while the offenses for both have been shining lately, hittng about 63% of their shots. Kansas is avg 75.6 pts per contest which is 97th, and they particularly do well shotting the ball at 48.8% FG shooting, good for 11th in NCA, While the zags are more impressive offensively avg 83.7 pts per contest, which is 9th in NCAA. Their shooting efficiency is also a key strength, shooting an awesome 51.1% from 2 pt, and 35.9% from 3 point land. Rebounding wise, Zags offensive rebounding has been in the top 50 all year (and above avg defensive rebounding averaging 25.8 boards a game). This will be key to them advancing today, pounding down low on the glass against a weaker KU team. This game should go over easily.

Kansas/Gonzaga Over 152
