You can get a "california" burrito at any Beto's or Rancheros anywhere in the state of Utah.

Malter it is basically just an authentic burrito with potatoes.

Love a good beef & potato burrito, or a breakfast one with eggs, chorizo, & potato - but I’ve never heard it called a “California” burrito before…..

They have a breakfast burrito as well with eggs, meat and potato, but they just call it a breakfast burrito

Cholos up here throw in real potaoes. No comparisson. Not sure if they season them with coke but HO-LEE fuk.....I've had the french fry version and not even close.

Posted this before - but not in this thread - Taco Salad. Mix all your cold taco salad $#!T in a bowl beforehand, avocado, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, etc.

Then, move it to the sides of the bowl - make a ‘hole’ in the center, put your hot (in this case ground turkey) taco meat in the middle. Keeps the hot side hot, and the cool side cool…..

We did a roasted cauliflower & red potato salad, and “Santa Fe” turkey burger ‘pockets’ filled with green chiles & pepper jack cheese. My buddy brought this Japanese whisky, don’t remember much after that…..
