Their rating was lowered from 9.5 (recommended book range), to a middle of pack 8.5, and we are in the process of updating inventory across the website. I know the number scale isn't totally clear but this is essentially going from an A to a C+/B-. Let's see if they end up doing the right thing and what other type of feedback is received from other users. Ratings are constantly evaluated.

Also, guys, WW is independently owned. Please limit discussion to their handling of this case and their sportsbook. Other sites don't need to be involved in the convo.

So most of you guys know about my documented step by step best bet 10 team open parlay that I publicly shared with the community. Well Wagerweb is claiming my winning ticket was considered a "round robin or a group of parlays" which has a 50K max payout. They had the audacity to tell me it was a GLITCH in their system. That is 100% totally FALSE and they are taking a huge shot at me here. I recommend everyone here at BMR to not TRUST them anymore with your hard earned money as they are capable of pulling this kind of BITCH MADE CLOWN MOVE.

I have made approximately 25 of these same structured 100 dollar 10 team parlays the last 2 years as the software has always allowed me to make these bets with a 100K net payout. After my 89K win they cowardly changed their software to a max payout of any parlays at 50K. There is at least one poster here at BMR that I talked to who can vouch for me that the payouts have been changed since my big win. I would stay far far away from Heritage as well as these two establishments are connected in some way or fashion. The only book I respect and trust anymore offshore is the BOOKMAKER group. Unfortunately this is not the 1st time I have been stiffed from an offshore book for sizable parlay winnings in my sports betting career. Betting offshore is a HUGE turnoff for me at this juncture in my life.

This is why people will turn soon to betting in their state once it’s legal for them. I heard this guy is a snake in other ways too. Guys will come in here and tout him as the 2nd coming of Christ as far as bookmakers but they haven’t won 90k either. It’s a shady business and sorry this happened to you. Be thankful you at least got $ and didn’t get screwed all together.

I've already tried that route and I kept my fuckin' mouth shut until I got zero resolution from it. So now I'm making a public announcement about Wagerweb's shady behavior.

I’ve expressed this before and not one person even responded. There is nobody to help us anymore. We should be playing offshore with very minimal funds , because if you ever make a hit like you did , this is what happens. SBR/BMR , nobody helps or wants to help anymore. They just get paid their advertising fee and put up a rating that means absolutely nothing.

They are paying 3K at a time via Bitcoin and no it's not a smooth process at all. A lot of system errors and bullshit payout glitches happening so far. This is a total fucking nightmare to tell you the absolute truth.

This sucks. I had one interaction with the owner on chat. He’s a real scumbag to be honest.
