I have always been paid.

Usually takes 4-6 days btc.

They charge 2.5% withdrawal fee but offer 1st payout of month free up to 2500.

Anything past that and you're stuck with the fee.

Lines are generic.

No issues except limits started getting cut on every withdrawal.
