I wanna be clear that I'm not condoning the forum leadership's behavior either, though I acknowledge I'm not up to date on the details.

No personal grudges or anything like that though

But if Enikk was owed a bonus/compensation and you didn't pay him because of the ghost thing/him bad mouthing BMR, then that is wrong in my opinion

He should still get paid the bonus - even if he proceeded to spread lies. Again, just my opinion.

Additionally, I don't agree with other ways situations have been handled/how some slimy people have still been able to post at these forums. I don't condone that. But the forum has the right to do whatever it wants.

We live in a free Country and everyone is free to choose what they want, where they want Storm. This is a free forum and no one is giving ultimatums to anyone.

Of course anyone owed money should be paid but being owed money and using that as an excuse to betray trust is simply rat action...if he owed money he should just talk about being owed money instead of threatening to expose secrets unless he gets paid...that's exactly what rats like do make threats until they get their way...

Every company/organization has a Code of Conduct or set of rules they expect their employees to follow. When these employees violate these rules, they forfeit their right to bonus or incentive pay. I know nothing about the overall situation here but based on my brief but unpleasant interaction with the mod in question, I have no doubt that BMR is on solid ground with their decision. Genie handled my situation in a most professional manner.

Again, I'm sure there is a whole lot more to this story but it sounds BMR did the right thing, kudos to them for sticking to their guns. The decision will cause some short term discomfort but the site will benefit long-term.

Most of us posters haven't seen what you say you've seen...we only know the decades of post history from many different websites and forums proving is a lying scamming piece of shit and now seen edikk posting lies to suit his agenda at the time...when edikk and are happily getting paid to post they have no problems but when they say they are owed something they start to threaten others with exposing their secrets...literally befriending their co workers to make them comfortable to share secrets and collect these secrets to extort them with later...is there another definition of this other than rat ass vitch behavior...?

Agreed. Don't think discussing this gets in the way of that -- maybe the opposite. Frankly there have been several passive comments in the main forum about it last several weeks, people walking on egg shells. A lot of us were involved in some way. Figure it's better to just air it out down here.

I don't think there is concern over it. It's more like we are discussing the results of a sporting event.

There are no consequences for us. We happened to have bits of the story because a lot of us were recruited/were a part of that discord group Enikk started.

There definitely aren't any playing of sides. Genie said I stayed loyal to BMR, so I clarified that I am no way loyal to them or anyone. I like the forum but they've fumbled shit, just like I think Enikk has fumbled shit. I'm taking neither side, just shooting the shit in the appropriate place IMO
