Verifying my MARATHONBET taking like forever. 16 DAYS

I have filed a complaint. Please BMR help me to intervene so as Marathonbet can look into my ID verification. It has been 16 days since my verification process started and Marathon keeps coming back with Please be patient. I have a ton of money there and they have obviously blocked my withdrawals.I have submitted every required documents to them but to allow me withdraw my money is now an issue. This has caused me to have thoughts of sucide

There is not much anyone can do to hurry them up with KYC Joekaren26.

16 days is within industry standard and also way less than the 60 days UKGC says they have for investigations.

If gambling is creating this much distress for you I suggest you quit.

Definitely not a fan of these elaborate KYC procedures. I tend to avoid books which have a reputation for putting players through that.

This is too bad, 55 days. Down the line my account is still under verification. Don't ever put money in marathonbet.
