At the baseball game I went to 3 weeks ago, Maybe 1 out of 10 people sang and none of the players did. Seems to be standard practice, not to sing.

I'm missing nothing. Its seems as though many here are holding them to a higher standard than other national teams. Over half the USMNT players do not sing it. Ever watched the olympics. most don't sing it on the gold medal stand. Where is the outrage for them?

Not singing the national anthem is nothing new. Why are we calling out this team suddenly?

Besides, I believe they have every right to NOT sing if they don't want to.

On this I am going to 100% agree with you.

I don't mind them not singing but I can't support anyone not respecting the anthem enough to not stand at attention (as a minimum), if they are physically capable. There are limits to my leniency.
