now, for anyone that didn't get to see paddy's post fight comments, it was a very emotional. paddy had been going through a lot in the past weeks, he lost people close to him...one of his friends took his own life... and paddy still went into that octagon and put on one heck of a fight. but i wanted to share it because he does share a good message, and basically it surrounds men's mental health. he says "women talk all the time, lads dont we sit and bottle em up".

i bring this up because if ANYONE on this forum is having a tough time and feel as if they have no one to talk to, please know my pm's are always open. im sure everyone on here would be willing to give a shoulder too. much love everyone, and let's win together!!
