titand do not cover fees

I have a problem with titanbet. They ask me to send notarized documents via post to the Philippines. I read on one forum that they cover the fees for this. I found this very logic and honest. Notarized documet has to be payed and also the post that i will send has to be sent and for this I also need to pay. I think that this costs should be cover by them. This is my personal opinion. If they can not cover the costs they should ask only for things that are free for as

Avoid Titanbet i have found them to be dishonest. They wont let you withdraw your winnings or money you deposited with them.Please avoid them
