Didn’t think it had anything to do with “danger” - just the potential for abuse/misuse and medicinal value.

Clearly there is medicinal value - and there is limited to no addictive nature. Tier 1 stuff is no medicinal value and high potential for abuse - tier 2 has some medicinal value/less potential for abuse.

Really it should simply NOT be regulated by the Fed Govt - let the states decide - but what does my Libertarian leaning opinion matter.

I'd said to schedule 3. Ketamine Codeine Cough Syrup. People can still be in trouble without a prescription. Follow the money here.
