Yeah I was looking to get Auburn but it wasn't up anywhere.

When it comes up I take Auburn in the 20s and it immediately goes to 30s.

Now it's at .39 but I don't own any of it anymore.

The potential of New Mexico ended up scaring me off of holding Auburn after the rise.

You are so right. In fact exaclty right.

When I got rid of it, I was a little bit at ease that I didn't need to be dialed into NIT becuase of some open contracts. There was a sense of relief.
