Due to popular demand, it's back!

There are five tiers this time, a little simpler

Tier 1: Top Contenders

These teams are the top contenders to win the Super Bowl. Decent chance we see a combo of these in the Super Bowl

49ers, Bengals, Bills, Chiefs, Cowboys

Tier 2: Chase Pack

These teams are good and could definitely make a Super Bowl run, but are quite as dynamic as the top tier

Dolphins, Eagles, Ravens

Tier 3: Darkhorses

These teams are flying a little under the radar and could possibly make a run if some things break their way

Bucs, Titans

Tier 4: Longshots

These teams have clear flaws, but they could possibly make it by some miracle

Chargers, Commanders, Giants, Jets, Patriots, Seahawks

Tier 5: No Chance/Eliminated

This is the rest of the league. These teams have no shot to win the Super Bowl

Bears, Broncos, Browns, Cardinals, Colts, Falcons, Jaguars, Lions, Packers, Panthers, Raiders, Rams, Saints, Steelers, Texans, Vikings

Great write up! Although I disagree about the Buccaneers being a dark horse. Even though they are first in their division their record doesn't indicate them being a top team

Yea nfc should come down to cowboys eagles. Cowboys are notorious horrible playoff teAm

but you got #1 defense 2 years in a row and offensive weapons every position. If not now then when

as a cowboy fan this is maybe 3rd time ive felt like this. Maybe this is the year

no nfc championship appearance since 95 and that includes 2x being #1 seed and losing 2nd round aka rheir 1st playoff game

Honestly, I considered putting the Vikings in Tier 6 by themselves

I would've labeled it "Kirk Cousins"
Its tough, but you got to leave emotions out of it when making plays. I hate Cousins but when making bets you got to be objective in your analysis. He sucks and take that into account but Vikings as a whole are a little better than Tier 5 IMO.

I really appreciate you NFL analysis. You do a great job on it.

I like a little streak of comedy

I definitely don't let it affect my bets. I will say that Vikings should be an auto-fade in the playoffs though. I guarantee I will place a large wager on whoever they are playing

And it's essentially true regardless--Vikings basically have not shot to advance as constructed

The fade part is 100% true. I think even Minny would agree and that says a lot.

Vikes gonna get 1st game at home for sure probably vs Wash or Sea.

They'll be -6.5

That's a Win

Rd 2 probably v winner of Atl/ Dal, so also at home most likely.

They'll be pk w Dal, -6.5 w Atl

Go from there to Philly (+3.5) unless Philly faulters in which case Vikes are home for Conference Championship probably v SF (pk)

I’d remotely consider Minnesota in WC round if they get Commanders/Giants

if Vikings get the bye and Brady comes to town though for the Divisional….oh boy
