I am a much better futures bettor than single game bettor, and that is true across all sports.

NFL, I was on fire last year in games, and very mediocre this year....but futures have been on fire this year. CFB I have been OK in last few years, this was definitely a stronger year.

I have success in live betting too (especially basketball), but just don't have time to put more effort into that, and don't track it here -- just logistically tougher

After football season I am gonna focus on live NBA bets & some spot pregame bets in February. Basketball is my least profitable sport to bet on. I’d like that to change this year, just gotta put in some work.

2nd half NBA is where it's at

When I used to have much more time on my hands me and a buddy were killing it

Lot of factors going into the 2nd half that linemakers don't have time to account for such as possible foul trouble & extremely high or low shooting percentages, specifically from downtown, that isn't likely to continue

I agree. I really see a need for +14 to even consider going that way.

They beat a "similar" team in Tennessee earlier in the year by 14 and that was with a late TD by Tennessee.

I am leaning TCU but not playing the game . Number is too tough. Good arguments for both sides, and total tough as well

Might dabble on the TCU ML for the miracle play but it will be small.
