I checked and they don't care if you have both. I'm a bonus whore and it allows me to bet bigger when depositing if I can just reload and get another bonus if I lose lol Rollovers are steep but again if I bust 2 deposits which I had bonuses on, I owe it to them for a lot of extra rollover is how I look at when I finally win a bet.

Do you have the T&C from within the game handy ? (You mention it was not in the T&C in your chat - while correct it’s not in the email - there were additional T&C in place in the game itself.

As I read this / you feel you are entitled to $1275 bonus - subject to a 30x RO and a max cash of $6375. To make a decision- we would need to see the in game T&C to decide who is right here.

Most books include that “right to change without notice” language - my opinion on that is simple. You have the right to change at anytime - BUT NOT RETROACTIVELY. Yiu can say promotion over - but if you played BEFORE they said promo over - your good.

The “new money within 30 days” rule is common - especially for BO. Technically- one could deposit $25 “fresh funds” and be compliant - even with a large balance. Most all of their prop contest have this language I know.

What was your balance prior to playing - have you collected any other free money from BO since say 1/1/2023 ? Obviously if you last deposited in 2021 - what have you been playing on the last 2.5 years - winnings ? Any payouts in that time ?

I don’t like the books position that it doesn’t matter - they can void any and all bonus wins at will - but I would think there is more here and a clerk just said that to avoid arguing the matter via chat.

Copy/paste rules from the game or ask BO to provide them - then we can form informed opinions on the issue.
