Sketchy Behavior from BetUS

Requested a payout over the weekend. Was approved shortly after. Still have not received the funds (have had several withdrawals with them that have never taken more than a couple of hours). Every time I inquire with customer I get a different answer ("already been sent" - no it hasn't; "I'll create a ticket and get a response in couple hours" - nothing; "You can expect it to hit your wallet shortly" - nope). It's very odd.

I'm getting some BetWhale vibes, which is weird considering I've had a great experience with them in the past.

If there's some legitimate delay, just tell your customers! Continuously lying to them is not beneficial.

Received a guarantee that I'd hear back in two hours or less. Four hours later, nothing.

They act fishy sometimes but never heard them not paying for last 10 years so Im sure you will get paid.

Still working on it. They have been paying consistently, but still at tiny increments.
