“I got a letter from the government, the other day, so I opened and it said that they were suckas for putting a fat slob as the Commander in ‘Chef Boyardee’.”

they need 60 votes in senate so they have control but not super control love how trump didnt want any part project 2025 during election now hes embracing it typical politician lie lie lie
GOP still control all three branches of the government. They can either be bullies or compromise. It’s why we have 2 senators for states with only 10 people like Wyoming and Montana but California with millions of people still only get the same 2 senators. We don’t want the majority just bully everyone.

I get it MAGA bullied GOP but if this is America and they can try and bully everyone which won’t work or start learning to compromise.

Shutdown Day #5 - “Parks and Rec” are wrecked.

San Francisco Fleet Week not cancelled but scaled back:

Even with the federal government shutdown, San Francisco's popular annual Fleet Week will still go on, though in a scaled-back form.

The original headliners, the U.S. Navy Blue Angels, are currently on pause but not officially canceled. Organizers say if Congress approves a budget soon, the Blue Angels and other branches of the U.S. military could still join the festivities.

Many waterfront businesses are relieved the event isn't completely scrapped, calling Fleet Week one of their most profitable times of the year. Still, some are bracing for smaller crowds.

Trump and other idiots are saying they love the shutdown as he can lay off workers. Ummm, you can lay off workers w/o the shutdown. Basically, the military is working w/o pay. Oh yeah! Shutdown is so great.

Shutdown Day #10 - Autumn Wind!

The Hill:

As the shutdown fight stretches into its second week, the winds have shifted in favor of the Democrats — at least for the moment.

Early polls say voters are more likely to blame President Trump and the Republicans for the lengthy impasse. The president and his congressional allies are publicly at odds over compensation for furloughed workers. Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) is sending mixed messages on whether to protect military pay. And prominent cracks are emerging in the GOP’s resistance to extending ObamaCare subsidies.

Demonstrators will once again take to the streets for “No Kings Day,” a nationwide series of protestsagainst the Trump administration, on Oct. 18.

While protests against President Trump have not been uncommon since his first term, No Kings Day kicked off on June 14. These gatherings were organized in response to the U.S. Army’s 250th anniversary military parade in Washington, D.C., which coincided with Trump’s 79th birthday.

Now, how come crybaby Trump did not win his precious Nobel Peace Prize?

Millions of people took to the streets Saturday in “No Kings” marches opposing President Donald Trump, with demonstrations unfolding in more than 2,500 cities across all 50 states and several European capitals.

Protests began earlier in the day in London, Madrid, Berlin, Stockholm and Rome, where crowds gathered outside U.S. embassies holding signs reading “Make America sane again” and “Stop making war on your own people.”

With Toronto, a foreign city, and LA, city and team made up of many foreigners, I highly doubt it but hope for pure laughter if Trump went to a Game 1 or any game of World Series.

:lmao:
