Should you always tip your DoorDash/UberEats drivers?

I always tip seeing as these people are doing something for me. How much do these people even make on average per hour after gas and taxes and all that?

Always tip.

The key is how much. Some really expect a lot. I mean they expect like $10-15 for a $30-40 order.
They need to be realistic. If its a 15 min drive from your house and its $30 order, I tip $5-10 (max).

Yeah anything above 20% seems pretty high to tip someone for food delivery. I tip between 15 and 20 percent.

Problem with Doordash though is you have to tip even before you get your meal/know your delivery driver.

Sometimes people stiff me but it's all part of the job. Other times people tip me so it all washes out in the end

Never use these types of services too expensive, but when I have the few times yes of course I would tip 15-20%. You always take care of somebody who is handling your food. Never cheap out on that occurrence.
