Happy for Hocevar.

Knew the kid was going to win soon.

Hell of a victory lap.
Hocevar reminds me a little of Jeff Gordon when he was young.
No one liked Jeff. Young, brash, arrogant and could win races.He chilled out over his career.
Hopefully, Hocevar learns to "make friends" or at least learn to respect his peers in this business.

Basically was a little bit of an upset
Definitely could be considered an upset since he’s a first-time winner but this kid Hocevar is an up-and-comer coach.

I mentioned earlier this season in the thread I thought he’d win soon. Wish I’d have had $$ on him but this style of racing on this track just can’t bet a lot of $$ or a lot of drivers. Just have to pick one or two and hope you get lucky and have a chance at the end.

This Hocevar kid reminds me of a young @jjgold .

Some don’t like him. Some love his style. He’s brash and doesn’t care if he pisses folks off.

@jjgold

We head to my home state next.

Texas Motor Speedway only four hours away from Amarillo and the Big Texan Steak Ranch. Home of the 72-ounce Big Texas Steak Challenge.

I’ll update the thread in a couple of days.
