Hello BMR Community and Staff,
I am posting this to warn fellow bettors about a blatant freeroll scam currently being operated by Sportbet.one, and to officially request mediation from the BMR complaints team.
On April 22, my account was unexpectedly hit by their "anti-fraud system." They automatically deducted my legitimate balance of 226.48 USDT and moved to close my account.Their automated email claimed I was guilty of "Arbitrage betting and Multi-accounting." Both claims are 100% verifiably false.I have absolutely only one account on Sportbet.one. Their system generated a complete false positive. My action consists of standard, recreational bets.Luckily, I was at my computer when the email came in. Before they could fully lock me out, I screen-recorded and took screenshots of my entire unedited betting history, bet slips, and cashier logs. I emailed Sportbet.one support with a formal dispute. Since I knew my bets were clean, I challenged them to point out exactly which bet slips constituted "arbitrage" and to prove the existence of this phantom second account.Their support agent replied with an incredibly shady refusal, writing:
"Regarding the request for specific details... I cannot provide internal system information... I would also like to clarify that the decision is not based on individual bets, but on a comprehensive analysis of the account's gaming behavior."

Think about how absurd that statement is. How can a sportsbook accuse a player of Arbitrage—a strategy strictly defined by exploiting specific odds on specific lines—and then claim the decision "is not based on individual bets"?
They are operating a black-box freeroll. If you win, their AI flags you, they steal your balance, and they refuse to show you the evidence under the guise of "security policies."

Request for BMR Staff:
I am asking if a BMR moderator or complaints manager can intervene and reach out to Sportbet.one management on my behalf. Support is blindly following a script to steal my funds.
I have my full screen-recordings and screenshots backed up. I am ready to submit this video evidence directly to BMR staff in private so you can independently verify that my betting history is completely legitimate and that Sportbet.one has robbed me.

To the rest of the community: Be extremely careful holding a balance at Sportbet.one. If their broken AI decides you are winning too much, your money is gone and you won't even get a manual review.

I wouldn’t get your hopes up for any help here. Many people have been waiting on complaint responses, myself included. I think I’m over a year since my first 😂

Book is a complete scam. Check TrustPilot to see all the reviews of this company doing the exact same thing. I lucked out and got a small balance out of there. Buddy of mine had a similar experience to you, couple hundred just taken after being accused of multi accounting. He is the last person that would do that! Considering they are willing to just steal even small balances from players...stay far away. There are a few threads on this site about them as well.

When he asked about his funds disappearing, they told him he was multi accounting, took the entire balance and closed the account. Think it basically cost him $125 since he essentially managed to complete the rollover and hold on to most of the 100% bonus.

I don't think you will get any help from this site on the complaint. What you can get from here is looking up a potential book you are considering and search to see if any of the regulars on here have had issues. That has value for sure.
