If Russia ever launches those missiles, they will obviously cause destruction to other countries

But in return it will be the TOTAL DESTRUCTION, annihilation, and end of their country period

I'm not sure he is ready for war. He expected fast and easy special operation, now after a month, it's easy neither fast. They are bluffing with their nuclear threats like they did it during the Cuban Missile Crisis. They are bluffing with the latest move about natural gas supplies and availability to purchase gas only with their priceless rubble.

Would definitely be a horrid catastrophy with parts of the country being hit

But like I said, after Russia launched those missiles, the united States and every one of it's allies will collaborate in turning all of Russia into dust
