Looks like Wednesday was the day for Tuesday. He went 3-1-1 and has put some pressure on Rudy to hit some winners.
Depending upon how or if Tuesday uses his last 3 picks, Rudy might need a 7-1 run on his last 8 picks to pull out a win.

Making 3 more picks today is pretty gutsy Tuesday. 
You already had the min 10 picks required (you had 12 through Wed) and if you hadn't made any more picks Rudy could not have caught you.
Of course for Rudy to catch you, he'll need to be perfect on his picks and you'll need to lose all 3 of yours. I'd put the odds at about -10,000 on that.
