MLB & MLB HOF are two separate entities.

It is the HOF the fukked Rose. Prior to 1989 there was no rule stating a MLB eligibility was required to be in the HOF, its why Rose plead out.

The HOF then changed it's rules, in a back stabbing move.

There is no guarantee the HOF puts Rose or Jackson on any ballot any time soon.
