This song popped up in my head immediately.
Makes me wonder if he chewed tobacco or had some hereditary issue. As a country singer I'm wondering if he was a user.Stomach cancer is not an easy one to treat - anytime you have pancreatic/liver/stomach it’s not a great thing. All very tightly packed organs - all susceptible to spread among the 3 and difficult to detect until you know there’s a problem.
These commonly make their appearance between 55-70 and it’s just a tough thing to fight and to recover from once you’ve reached that age.
I used to feel very strong about this being the truth, it still could be. My oldest nephew got his phd in Mico Biology all his work has been in Cancer Research. He just finished opening a new lab at Yale Medical and that's all they will do. He was at the Salk Insitute in San Diago CA before getting the job at Yale. They had built a lab at Salk like what they wanted at Yale and that's why they wanted him at Yale. Very proud of him.I’m so far in technology, but when it comes to medical, it seems we are still so far behind
or they have cures from many things, and like you suggested genie they won’t reveal them
