There is not much BMR can do to intervene for you when the sportsbook is asking for KYC information.

They see this as a security issue and honestly everything you have described in this thread so far is within normal industry standards for second level KYC, so we do not even have grounds to question them technically.

I will add your complaint to the list we are about to present to Marathonbet's owner company management today though and hopefully that might encourage them to get your account sorted out faster.

That is a bad sign. Still no meaningful answer better than we will get back to you from them to BMR either.

please its like we are linked cause i started having a problem with marathon bet on the 28th of may
after a lot of continous document uploadinds they finally said my account wil be under review but up till now still nothing
